September 16 – Generations in the Workplace - With HTI

This course enables you to appreciate cross-generational differences and find commonalities, enhancing team collaboration. By understanding your workplace’s generational composition and educating yourself on their needs, motivations, and behaviors, you can increase understanding and reduce conflict, giving you the ability to focus your efforts back into the business.

About our speaker: Kim Rinaldi is in the Human Resources field and recently completed her Masters in HR Management. She works with HTI in downtown Greenville where she trains leadership teams with custom solutions and facilitates interactive training. As a certified Predictive Index partner and Clifton Strength Coach, Kim is able to integrate these assessments into company solutions and take a more personalized approach to success.
