Join us for an informative session with CCF Staff- Samuel Bellamy, Director of Grantmaking Programs; and Victoria Williamson, Director of Philanthropic Advising- on available funding, strategic partnerships, and available resources to maximize your organization's impact.

Samuel Bellamy, Director of Grantmaking Programs & Impact, leads a diverse portfolio of grantmaking programs and provides technical assistance and capacity-building support to nonprofit organizations, with an emphasis on organizational effectiveness, sustainability, outcomes management, and demonstrating community impact. As a certified Results-Based Accountability (RBA) practitioner, Samuel helps integrate outcomes, performance measures, and continuous learning into both nonprofit capacity building and grantmaking strategy. His role also includes using community data and nonprofit-sector knowledge to identify emerging needs, strengthen philanthropic decision-making, connect organizations to resources and partnerships, and improve the effectiveness and impact of the Foundation's grantmaking.
Victoria B. Williamson, IPA, is the Director of Philanthropic Advising at Coastal Community Foundation, where she partners with individuals, families, businesses, and nonprofit organizations to develop thoughtful philanthropic strategies that strengthen communities and create lasting impact. A Summerville native with more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Victoria is passionate about helping donors align their charitable goals with the needs and opportunities across coastal South Carolina. As a Certified Impact Philanthropy Advisor (IPA) through Daylight Advisors, she brings expertise in charitable planning, donor engagement, fund stewardship, and philanthropic advising, helping donors create meaningful giving strategies that support the causes and communities they care about most.
