About our speaker: 

Danielle Shroyer is the founder of Engage HR. An HR consulting firm helping small and medium-sized businesses with their organizational culture. She also mentors and coaches HR professionals to develop their confidence and grow and develop their careers. She brings over 20 years of big business HR experience to small and medium-sized businesses. Throughout her career, she has been in all aspects of HR, mostly as an HR department of 1. Most recently Danielle was the Talent Acquisition Leader at Volvo Cars where her team filled over 1500 positions at the Volvo Cars Charleston Plant. Joining as the third member of the HR department, Danielle implemented US HR policies and procedures while maintaining alignment with Volvo's global culture. She fostered strategic relationships with local military bases and government officials to attract hard-to-find talent and developed comprehensive hiring processes for both hourly and salary employees. She has a Bachelor’s in HR Management and an MBA with a concentration in HR Management.

Danielle also recently joined the Dorchester Paws Board of Directors and is a member of Together SC's Consultants' Collaborative.
