Located in Summerville\, S.C.\, Nexton also received the Grand Award for best Community Land Plan during the Pacific Coast Builders Conference's 2020 Gold Nugget Awards. Upon completion\, Nexton will include more than 10\,000 homes and over 6 million square feet of commercial property.
