Description:
GCM is hiring a Director of AI Implementation and Training to lead client consulting engagements and deliver practical AI training for organizations nationwide.
This person will work directly with GCM’s CEO, clients, and technical team to manage implementation roadmaps, identify valuable AI applications, and help organizations integrate AI into their daily operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of multi-month AI consulting engagements.
- Manage client relationships, implementation roadmaps, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and translate operational needs into clear project requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams to implement and evaluate AI-powered workflows.
- Prepare client updates, executive reports, and implementation scorecards.
- Deliver customized AI training for client teams and association audiences, both virtually and in person.
- Develop training materials, lead demonstrations, and support continued adoption.
- Help strengthen GCM’s internal processes and use of AI.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing client engagements, complex projects, or organizational change.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and business systems; coding experience is not required.
- Experience working with construction, industrial, or related business-to-business organizations preferred.
- Availability for regular travel to client sites and training engagements.
Position: Full-time
Location: Remote, United States
Salary: $80,000–$115,000, depending on experience
Travel: Regular client and training travel; GCM covers travel expenses.
