By attending a Chamber event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Coronavirus (COVID-19).  The Chamber and our vendors are committed to following the set guidelines as approved by DHEC and the CDC.  The COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, based on the current available information and clinical expertise, older adults and people of any age with underlying medical conditions might be at a higher risk of severe illness from COVID-19.  All guests should consult their physician prior to attending a Chamber event.

The attendee agrees to hold harmless The Greater Summerville/Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce, its owners, members, employees, officers, and agents against any injury, loss, cost or expense that may arise from or in connection with attending a Chamber event.
You MUST follow all posted COVID-19 Guidelines and CDC precautions while attending a Chamber event.

The Chamber and the venue reserve the right to refuse/remove anyone that violates these guidelines. Expected behavior from all in attendance are:

• Do not attend if you are feeling sick or have a fever (100.4 F or greater).
• Submit to temperature screening at the entrance of the event.
• Properly wear a face covering (over nose and mouth) while attending the event, except when seated AND actively eating/drinking. 
• Keep a minimum of six feet between yourself and others. 
• Do not touch others and keep your hands sanitized.

When you register for the event, you will be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging your acceptance of the above.  If you do not accept the above, we ask that you do not attend the event.  Thank you for understanding!
