Class Summary
Participants will engage in an interactive team challenge designed to surface the key attributes of effective—and ineffective—teams. Through guided discussion and research-based frameworks, the session connects lived work experiences to proven leadership and team effectiveness principles. The workshop concludes with actionable strategies participants can immediately apply to strengthen collaboration and leadership within their own teams.
Speaker Bio
John Egan is an Assistant Professor of Leadership Studies at The Citadel and the founder of Egan Leadership Learning, LLC. He has delivered leadership development and professional training across banking, education, government, civic, and nonprofit sectors, helping teams translate theory into practical leadership behaviors.
