Speaker Bio
John Egan is an Assistant Professor of Leadership Studies at The Citadel and the founder of Egan Leadership Learning, LLC. He has delivered leadership development and professional training across banking, education, government, civic, and nonprofit sectors, helping teams translate theory into practical leadership behaviors.
