Please join us to celebrate the rebranding of Keys to Change (formerly known as Dorchester County Community Outreach- DCCO).
DCCO (Dorchester County Community Outreach) is thrilled to announce that as of May 14, 2024, will be doing business as Keys to Change. Their mission and purpose will remain the same. They continue to provide a welcoming and compassionate environment that allows men and women to leave homelessness and find emotional, spiritual, and financial stability. For years, they recognize that they needed a name and imagery to convey their mission better. We all can provide "keys" to our unhoused community members so that they can unlock opportunities that will lead to a better way of life.
