DESCRIPTION:The Charleston Area League of Women Voters\, in partnership with the Greater Summerville/Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce and the Summerville Journal Scene\, invite you to join us for a candidate forum for the Dorchester District Two School Board candidates for the coming November 5th general election.\n\nThe purpose of the forum is to educate the public about issues\, allow comparisons of the candidates and their positions\, and stimulate and increase voter interest and participation in the election. Another goal is to model civil discourse when there is disagreement. The sponsors are non-partisan organizations\, and this candidate forum is a non-partisan event. We do not endorse any candidates or parties\, and all voters are invited to observe the forum.
